You may not use YakForms for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, or to process content you are not authorized to access.

SMS messaging

If you enable SMS, YakForms sends one-time verification codes and account/security notifications to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
