Do we have to replace AEM Forms or LiveCycle?
No. YakForms sits in front of whatever renders your forms today. Most estates run dual-runtime for a year or more, and some never cut over at all — the governance, validation and release model is worth having either way.
Where does the estate actually live?
In your tenancy or ours. Asset blobs are encrypted at rest and addressed by digest, and deploy agents pull work outbound, so no inbound path into your network is required.
What counts as an active form?
An asset with at least one revision in a deployed release. Fragments, schemas and superseded revisions are not counted against the limit.
Can we export everything if we leave?
Yes. Every revision, manifest, review decision and audit entry exports as files plus NDJSON. The record is yours, not a format we hold.
How long does an estate assessment take?
Usually days rather than weeks, against a copy of your repository. It returns an inventory, a resolved dependency graph and a validation report — before any commitment.
Is SSO included?
SSO over OIDC or SAML, and SCIM provisioning, are included on Business and Enterprise. Department is a single-team plan and uses password and MFA login.
